FarCry 6 - Lost Between Worlds DLC

In this scene, I employed a combination of 2D and 3D effects to create a 'sky portal' effect that captivates the viewer's attention. The integration involved meticulously designing a 'comet' tail and smoke effects that enhance the mystical quality of the 'comet', and blends seamlessly into the overall composition. To ensure a cohesive visual experience, I also performed a background sky colour adjustment pass, harmonizing the hues and tones to create a more realistic atmosphere. This layering of effects not only elevates the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the storytelling, introducing the audience into the world of the DLC, where the ordinary meets the extraordinary.

To help the character stand out in the foreground, I added dramatic light beam effects to the cars' headlights. This illumination not only highlights the character but also adds a sense of mystery and excitement to the environment. Meanwhile, to deepen the intrigue surrounding the crater, I introduced swirling smoke and fog effects that envelop the area, creating an eerie atmosphere.

To create a visually striking scene of the orb taking off, I focused on adding dynamic effects that would elevate the moment. The use of vibrant light trails and subtle particle effects contributed to the sense of motion and energy emanating from the orb.

And in addition to the headlight beams, the 'sky portal' and the comet trail, I also performed a sky replacement, transforming the mundane night sky into a beautiful tapestry of stars.
